1. Agreement Acceptance

Your access to and use of our store services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please stop using our website and shopping services immediately.

2. User Account Obligations

If you register an account, you must provide accurate, current personal information and keep your account login credentials secure. You are fully liable for all orders, messages and operations conducted under your account.

Prohibited acts include data scraping, submitting fraudulent orders, malicious harassment, network attacks and any actions interfering with normal store operation. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close violating accounts without prior notice.

3. Product, Pricing & Promotion Regulations

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pictures, specifications and displayed prices. Minor color differences caused by screen deviation, typographical errors and abnormal system pricing do not constitute binding contractual obligations.

We may adjust inventory, regular prices and promotional activities at any time without individual notifications. Orders generated from obvious pricing errors can be canceled, and full refunds will be processed to the original payment channel.

4. Order & Payment Rules

An order is officially confirmed only after your payment is verified by the third-party payment gateway. All currency conversion fees, bank handling charges and payment surcharges shall be borne by the buyer.

If products run out of stock after payment, we will offer equivalent product replacement or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product images, logos, page layouts and original creative content on the site are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, crawl, redistribute or commercially use such content without our written permission. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for infringements.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages arising from force majeure, customs detention, third-party logistics delays, payment system failures, network faults and other uncontrollable events.

Our maximum compensation for a single disputed order will not exceed the actual amount you paid for that order.
